Completely take off your glasses

Glasses? Say good bye to your glasses by using nature way. There is also a tip that you didn't know. It is called "Saying bye to your thick glasses". 
      Today I am going to show you how to take off your glasses and live as a nature human. Last year, one of my friend visited my house and we did chat each other. He told to me that his glasses need more power and become thicker. Luckily, he met with my uncle he used to use glasses before three month ago before he met. Since my uncle is a writer, he had to read a number of books to expend his knowledge. He gave a tip to my friend to enjoy his life without these stupid two tiny mirrors. The tip start here!
     The first he had to do is to stare green stuff such as tree leaves, grasses, and so on. He should look these green things about 2 or 3 hours a day.  My advice here is to put some green plant pots in the office or at the house so that you can accidentally glance these green things.
     "Water" proudly stand in the second place. You should drink as much as you can.
   The last mysterious step is that you have to push your heel with salt before your go to bed! It may fight heat from your body which is damaging to your eye. And don't use sock while sleep it can create more heat on your body.
   That's it. I am pretty sure that you will see your glasses only in your old photos and might miss like my friend! :)

Is there any way to pass driving theory test?

  Driving permit theory test is Perth is popular for its difficulties. Most people failed this simple test. Is there any tip?
Three month ago, I took this test for my first driving and I passed with the score of 29 out of 30. What a supplied! I heard that some people don't pass this test even though they take more than 10 times. Let me share my tip for this test!
      When I start learning road theory book issued from transport department, I thought this book as a rubbish because there are a lot of information I have to learn more than I need. And I put this book down about 2 month without even touching it. Finally, It was too close to the my driving due date( I marked on the calendar ) ,so, I had to cram to my brain. Here is my tip for only one week!
  My friend is Google. I find a lot of quizzes online. Notice: it is not uploaded from transport office. I learnt mistakes from sample tests. After three tests from a website (not from transport department), I tested myself quizzes from transport department. And I find it is easy to take these test online. I passed all 20 tests with great marks. If I failed the mini test, I reviewed my mistake and learn by heart. Two day before driving test, I start hold safety book issued from transport department. And looked though some information.
    On the test day, although I was quite nervous, I killed this test successfully. All questions are absolutely the same with the quizzes I did online. What a supplied! I just spent around three minutes to take his test. Ladies from service counter thought I was a wonderful guy who study-hard. Unfortunately, they didn’t know my secret.

NOTE: use only one website before using website from transport official website because it might make you confused.

How to go jogging without tired

     Most people feel tired if they walk quickly or if they walk to the higher place. Is there any solution for this problem? The answer come out with my story.  Last three year, I went jogging with my grandfather to the highest mountain in my native town. The point started here I felt exhausted with big amount of sweat. However, my grandfather looked relax without any problem. When we reached at the top of mountain, my grandfather glanced and laughed to me. Telling the words “Today people, today people ".”What wrong?" I asked. Continuously, I asked him the reason why he don't tired in trotting such high mountain.

 HE DID HAVE A TIP FOR THIS

The solution is that breathing oxygen twice. When we walk, we have to breathe two time- which mean that if you breathe air, you have to breathe again before the first breath didn’t arrive to your lung. To make more clear, you have to four breaths (two for absorb air and two for emit air) through your nose and lung. Now I tried this method any and found that it is really work. I hope people should try this method because you don’t have to give money for using this tip/: Thanks to my grandfather.
